Kyrette was the host of this room; however, I am posting the table for Room 4 this week so that I can explain what exactly was going on for this mogi and tallying the points.

The main 3 points of the mogi/table creation:
The lobby never crashed.
There was an issue with Rookie's points during the races of rDKJ and dWGM.
There was a race that did not count towards point tallies because there were 3 dcs.

There was noticeable lag within the lobby (In addition to having 2 bots in the first race due to a forced room start at :10 due to a dc at :09) and the thinking behind this is that players within the lobby did not have solid connections with one another as players in the room disconnected; however, the room never crashed. This is most apparent in the races of rDKJ, dWGM, rRRd as between these races only three different players were disconnected with all three of them disconnecting in the last mentioned race.
At the end of rDKJ, there was a disconnection from Benjax, but most notably this was the race when Rookie had differing point totals from the entire room. On the room's screen Rookie placed 6th; however, there was a network issue that caused his own screen to show him as 10th despite clearly finishing in at least the top 6. In the following race (dWGM), there was a longstanding delay before the race's countdown. There was a disconnection during the last lap of the race; however, the running theory for the stalled start is due to the game comparing and processing Rookie's point totals with himself and the entirety of the room. The results showed the same point total for Rookie between the entire room, BUT the game decided to use the points from his game's perspective rather than the correct perspective of the rest of the room. As a result, the game shaved off 4 points from his own total causing a phantom 4 points to be created within the table.

In the 11th race (rRRd), there were 3 disconnections within the room, so as a result the race did not count and this caused a bit more of a time loss in both creating table and within the mogi. The results of that race provided here.
As for the phantom 4 points, they were given back to Rookie since the game decided to take them away from him for no apparent reason causing a tie between Allstars and Hood Classic.
