200cc Registry and More New Features
I've been hard at work at adding some new features to the site. A lot of it has to do with the 200 League becoming a part of MKCentral, but there's also some small stuff for 150cc players. Here's a summary of all that's been done!
200cc Registry
The 200cc registry works exactly the same as the 150cc registry that has been in place since the launch of MKCentral. One change is that you can be in one 150cc team AND one 200cc team at the same time. You can't be in more than one team of either category, however. You can now view 200cc teams by clicking the "200cc Teams" button on the Teams Page:
The Players List also has a similar button to toggle between showing the players' 150cc or 200cc teams.
Recent Transactions
There's now a new page showing all teams' new acquisitions and transfers. Not only is this a huge help for our staff, but it lets anyone see who is joining a new team! Here's a preview:
Team Colors
You can now choose a color to represent your team, which will appear in the teams list like this:
To change your team's color, a team leader should go to the "Edit Team" page and choose a color from the list:
Sorting Options
Most tables on the site, such as the players and teams list, can now be sorted by the different columns. You can sort the lists by clicking any green column header:
Other New Features
These are minor, but there's a couple more small new things that have been changed. Firstly, your forum profile picture now appears on your registry profile, to give it an added personal touch. And secondly, there's now a direct link on forum profiles to that player's registry profile.
Donation Options
In addition to our successful Supporter Program, which allows you to get some nice perks on the site for a one-time $10 donation, we're now offering a voluntary donation option to those who like what we're doing and want to help us out more. Although it won't get you anything extra like Supporter does, you'll be helping us out a lot with your donation. To donate, click the Donate Tab and then press the donate button in the top right.
We'd also like to thank all of those who have bought Supporter so far, as it has helped us make up for the costs of setting up this site and keep it running so far. Thank you all so much!
