Some quick updates - we will only be guaranteeing entry to the next 6 teams to sign up, but don't think this will be a major issue. It's possible we go over 32, but not likely as of right now since it's such a good number.

Additionally, the expected match schedule is in the first post. There may be slight overlap with 200L for teams who reach the top 3. Teams can expect to play at most 3 matches in a day (this will likely happen on 5th, but will only be 18 total races) unless they go from losers semis to resetting the grand finals. Best of luck to everyone in the tournament. Make sure to sign up before it's too late!

Hey guys, just a quick post to answer some lingering questions. If you did not see, the bracket can be found here and will be updated throughout the tournament so you can see who you are playing at all times.

Additionally, you may see what time each round will be (in EST) occurring and match length in the header of each round.

Standard MKU rules will be in affect for this tournament, however because multiple matches will be happening throughout the day, some may not apply (such as time based rules such as when a host adds, etc.). Reschedules will not be allowed if it bottlenecks the bracket in any way whatsoever. Penalties will really only be taken if they clearly are having an affect on the result of the match. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to bring it up. If a match bottlenecks long enough that it prevents other teams in the tournament from playing, we may have to rule a forfeit if we deem it necessary. For the sake of this running well, I encourage you to contact your opponents and potentially even your later round opponents tomorrow before things start. There will be a channel in the MKC Discord specifically for contacting other teams in the tournament, so we encourage you all to use it.

We would like all Round 1 matches to start before 1:30 EST. Please try to get your rooms up by 1:15, to help the event run better. We would prefer not to have to any issues tomorrow, and by being simply organized that can go a long way in helping the event run well, especially if there are any issues brought up to the staffs attention.

Teams can expect to play 2 or 3 matches tomorrow depending on if they win at least 1 game or not. All matches tomorrow will be 6 race games. Best of luck in the tournament tomorrow!

6-race matches should become new standard for these types of tournaments btw. Makes first few rounds way more interesting

Glad to hear that you liked it. For sure nobody can nap and I think for many matches early on that are blowouts, it just ends the match when necessary instead of having 6 extra races that clearly aren't going to change anything. We'd like to turn Agility into a tournament series eventually and run them rather frequently, just to give teams a more real type of esports tournament experience that can be ran quickly of course. But the league's obviously won't be going anywhere. But yeah, you can expect some similar events some time down the road.
