Updated the 3rd post with a small project I've been working on for fun - a city that I've made from scratch in Cities: Skylines that includes a ton of MKCentral references. Check it out when you got a chance :)

The fact that you haven't named the Airport. Sunshine Airport, is tragic
I'm not a fan of naming stuff after tracks when there's like 50+ clans I could tie in. I named the ocean after SNL so it'd make sense to have a Spanish team have the harbour tbh.

@Teeples it just came out for Switch but I highly recommend getting it for PC. Switch doesn't have any of the DLC or mods and the Steam workshop is phenomenal for this game (much like any other sandbox). SimCity is a great game, but you can be way more in-depth with this one. This is the first city I've made, getting the game about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I honestly can't put it down.

Updated my 2nd post with one of my Magic decks, I'm starting to hate how in-depth I'm willing to be with this stuff LOL

Got myself a new friend in the mail today. It's about time I got a nice mouse, it's long overdue.

Monday night pastry class haul:

All three cakes were done by me, unfortunately only got to purchase one of them since we keep some for the restaurant that the students run. But hey, I made my own birthday cake!

First 2 are Mocha Tortes, which is a genoise cake with some coffee flavoured buttercream on it. I got a little fancy with some cooked sugar and chocolate on top too lol
Third one is a Raspberry Mousse cake with a raspberry glacage on top for that added flavour and aesthetic. If I were to do this one again, I'd try and reduce the foaming the glacage had before pouring, once it set the foam kinda ruined the glossy look it was supposed to have.

This'll keep me going for a while lol

I don't understand why the heck this is such a dilemma...

Pizza Pockets. Do you bake em or microwave em? I've never heard of anyone baking Pizza Pockets until today lol. They're supposed to be a convenience food, what the heck is convenient about waiting 5 to 10 minutes to preheat an oven, and proceed to wait another 20 for them to be ready??

Couple months late, but I've got a showpiece here that I did for a pastry class exam. It was a pain in the ass, honestly, and I don't think I'll ever spend as much time as I did ever again for the sake of half a dozen cupcakes.

Anyway, I played around with some citrus fruits for this, since they're nice and bright colours and often not something you see in pastries unless they're in a high end bakery. I have some grapefruits, blood oranges, and mandarin oranges in these extremely busy cupcakes, along with some almond buttercream to neutralize the amount of acidity going on from the fruit. I did NOT use paper liners for these, those cute little cups you see these in are molded white chocolate, as if there already wasn't enough stuff to look at. This exam demanded technical skill, and boy they heckin' got it. I had some help from some lower semester students, since cleaning was definitely NOT something I had time to do.

Overall they came out really nice, very pretty, but my god they took work. Never again.
