this is the registration thread for the second season of the Euroleague!
First up here's some information about the tournament:
Tournament format: To keep it short for those who are familar with the Euroleague format from season one: Season two will have the exact same format.
For everyone who don't know about the S1 format: This is a 16-team tournament that will last for eight weeks. The first four weeks will be the swiss stage where every team will always face a team with the same win-loss-record until it reached a number of three wins or three losses. This swiss stage's purpose is to set a starting position for the double elimination bracket in weeks five to eight. So no team will be eliminated after that yet but teams that ended up with three losses will start in the losers bracket.
Schedule: This tournament will last eight weeks and will be played every friday at 9PM French/German/Spansih local time. Summer time will end during this tournament so keep that in mind. Also starting week four there will be additional matches played at 10PM.
