200L Season 3 is being planned to start on April 7th, with a break after week 2 due to Easter on April 21st. After the break, the season will continue to run as planned, finishing up at June 16th. You're free to transfer between teams from now until April 1st, @ 11:59 PM UTC. After that, transfers will be locked until after week 5 has finished. To be valid to play weeks 1-5, you must appear on your teams registry on or before April 2nd.
