You may only create one account. If you create multiple accounts (“alting”), all of your accounts will be banned indefinitely.

You agree not to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse, or disrupt normal operations of MKCentral. Offenders will have their accounts banned by MKCentral staff.

MKCentral is used as a place to compete in video game tournaments and events including for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Users found to be cheating or otherwise maliciously interfering with the game in question will be banned at the discretion of MKCentral staff.

You agree not to harrass, target with defamatory content, or reveal private personal information about (including, but not limited to, location, full name, or email address) other members of this Website, including on third party services, such as Discord or Twitter, or other channels of communication. Users found to be engaging in this type of activity may have their accounts banned at the discretion of MKCentral staff.

Use of the MKCentral registry is covered by these Terms. Users found to be using the registry in ways deemed unacceptable by MKCentral staff, including inputting spam or offensive content, or manipulating MKCentral-hosted events’ and leagues’ rules, will be banned at the discretion of MKCentral staff.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice. Users of MKCentral are subject to the modified terms when they are changed.
