Muted in MK8DX 150cc Lounge but Lounge Bot did not give a until date

Hello today I’ve been muted because I have the 3rd strike limit but the problem is that the Lounge bot doesn’t give a date when to be unmuted. This is either a bug or the Lounge Staff did not send the notification. Can you please tell the date when I can be unmuted from 150 lounge?
