I can't register my account for lounge because I moved to Discord usernames

When I enter all of my info, it doesn't let me register because it says "discord tag is invalid", and the only way I can assume it would be considered invalid is if it was looking for an old tag with the 4 number id at the end, but I don't have that anymore, and it doesn't accept my discord tag as valid.

Just looked around the discord and figured it out! Put in your Discord username followed by #0000 (ex; James#0000). It worked for me!
