~ Introduction ~

Hey, I'm Brandon, also referred to as "8ran" on occasion. I'm a seventeen year old from Maine heading into my Senior year of high school this fall, and I've been a member of this community ever since September 2016. I laid pretty low when I first joined, and I mainly sheltered in teams like Reform and Merciless where I would participate in my first few clan wars. These teams are basically the reason I am here in the first place, in fact, as they were the ones that brought me in from Miiverse, so they have my thanks for getting me into the community. I was part of Merciless for nearly a year and a half total, including the early days of MK8DX where I still interacted with the team despite not having a switch at the time. I only managed to play one and a half seasons of MKU in MK8U (W6-10 of Season 7 and all of Season 8), but on MK8DX, however, I have been going playing ever since the middle of MKU Season 1 where I started with Platinum which became Merciless in the following season. After all was said and done though, Merciless disbanded as a main team and we all went elsewhere, including myself. Earlier in the season I had gotten an invite to Arcadia, which I would end up taking. Ever since then, I've been on the Arcadia squad and have played every season up to this point with Sky specifically, both in division 1 and division 2. They're an amazing group of people, and I'm happy to share my time in this community with them! Aside from that, I have also dedicated a lot of my time to the 200cc community where I have played several seasons of 200L in teams like Blitzkrieg, Anatexis, and also Arcadia's 200cc team. Other Interests / Hobbies

- I'm a huge fan of speedrunning despite the fact I can't record any runs I complete, lmao.
- I have always enjoyed reading and writing, especially when I get really invested in whatever the main focus is.
- I recently got a bike this past summer and it is probably one of the best decisions I've made in a while. Biking feels so serene and I plan to do a lot of it again soon.
