A bit about myself
Grew up in Germany with Nintendo consoles, first with the GameCube, then the Wii and so on. I've always enjoyed the main Mario platformers and the Mario Kart series. Mario Kart Wii not only introduced my 12-year-old self to online gaming but also to mariokartwii.com were I had many... interesting experiences. I never really ended up joining a clan, even when MK7 and MK8 came around.
Around that time, I got myself my own PC. It isn't all that powerful, but it's good enough for me and it introduced me to FPS games like TF2 and CS:GO, which I spent thousands of hours on.
Time passes, and I got myself a Switch for my birthday along with BOTW. While I had fun with it, it's not really my type of game, so later on I got myself MK8D and got hooked into MK again. I was also getting back into Time Trialing as well and when I tried 200cc TTs, I got my first ever WW Top 10s and even 2 WRs. This brought me back into the community and made me look for a clan to play with. BL was the first one I joined and I don't think I would been any happier if I had went somewhere else.
200cc was my main mode of interest, but since BL is a 150 clan only, that focus has changed (until BL members decided to form pb). But I also became interested in using inside drifting bikes. Starting with TF2, I love the idea of alternate playstyles. For me, it tends get boring using the same old, predictable meta stuff. I want to try out all the different ways you can play the game, even if it isn't the most optimal, but that also makes it the more satisfying when you do get good with it. I've helped creating the Inward Top 5 on MKLeaderboards and recorded every BKT out there (before yuya started uploading). If you need help with anything related to inside bikes, feel free to DM me @ 3-UP#5030
