3.3. Match Execution
3.3.1. Hosting the room
b. The host must open the room no earlier than the scheduled starting time of the match and no later than 5 minutes past the scheduled starting time.
iv. If the host fails to open the room within 5 minutes of the scheduled match time, they will receive a -10 (-7 in 5v5) points penalty. If the host fails to open the room within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, they will receive a -20 (-14 in 5v5) penalty. If the host fails to open the room within 15 minutes of the scheduled match time, the hosting team will automatically forfeit the match.

- vx's point is that we gave out a forfeit to them, and according to the ruleset, the last agreement between the teams is the one effective for the match. Their point is using this part of the ruleset :

3.1.1. MKU League Matches
b. Teams may agree on a different match time which allows them to post the match results before the deadline at 11:59 EST on Sunday.
i. If both teams agree on a new match time, this agreed upon time will officially replace the default time as the officially scheduled time of the match. Should a team then fail to honor this scheduled time, that team will automatically forfeit the match.
- Z would agree to give them forfeit to the only condition that we could play JBZZ whatsoever, but if we do give out a forfeit to vx, then Z would be disqualified (having 3 forfeits including this one) and thus unable to play JBZZ. We acknowledge that our match vs JBZZ being moved to next week because of JBZZ being unable to play today has nothing to do with vx, but it has to do with us. We are not agreeing to giving vx a forfeit win in the first place in those conditions, and if one of the two parts aren't agreeing then it makes the whole situation go back to the initial one, which is playing the match at the default time as the schedule planned. vx didn't ask for any reschedule either, so considering we didn't find an agreement that would fit to both part aside of the one defined by the schedule, this match should've happened today at 20:00 CEST.
- We got notified by MKU Staff that our forfeit against mkc was considered a forfeit (the ruleset isn't very precise on that point because we played the match in the first place, and the forfeit against mkc is due to a flag so whether or not it counts as the same kind of forfeit as the one we gave to HD is unclear), so we warned vx 24 hours prior to the match that we would play. vx acknowledge it and still refused to play. Finally, vx didn't gave us the host FC 15 minutes before the start of the said match, despite the match happening at the default time and us reminding them 24 hours before the match that it would happen, and refused to even reply to us despite us tagging them multiple times. In those conditions, in accordance to the ruleset, vx forfeits this match.
