EuroLeague is back ! This season, we will run a similar format to Season 7. Here is a reminder :
It will be a 6v6 squad event where players team up to take on other squads of their skill level. This tournament will follow a WCL format, meaning that each division will consist of six squads respectively. Each division will be Double Round Robin with two matches a week, so the tournament will last five weeks. Whichever squad has the best record after those five weeks will be crowned the champion of their division.
Eligibility
To be an eligible squad, you need at least 9 European players. Also, every match must be played with at least 5 European players in the line-up. Failing to honor this rule will automatically result in a forfeit.
Match times
There will be two matches a week. They will take place on Saturday evenings at 9:00 and 10:00PM CET (3:00 and 4:00PM ET).
Since America has daylight savings one week later Europe, for the very first week, matches will take place at 4:00 and 5:00PM EDT (still 9:00, 10:00PM CET for Europe).
Dates
The season will begin on Saturday, November 5, 2022 and will end on Saturday, December 3, 2022.
The deadline to register your squad for the event is a few days before, on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 23:59:59 UTC.
