To start off, we'd like to announce the official seedings for the tournament:
These were mainly based on Season 4 results, along with some very minor changes. Some secondary squads were cut in order to make room for unique teams, however we'd like to make it clear that second teams that weren't seeded are allowed to play with their main squad. Our goal was to allow as many people as possible to play, so we're just going to make some secondary teams play as one team with their main team.
The deadline to register players for the tournament is Friday, August 24 at 7:59 PM EDT. Any players registered past this point will not be permitted to play.
Standings for the tournament can be viewed here. This Google Sheet contains all the info you need for the tournament, including pool standings and bracket placements.
Lastly, here is the official schedule for the tournament:
August 26 - Pools Match 1
September 1 - Pools Match 2
September 2 - Pools Match 3
September 8 - Bracket Round 1, Consolation Round 1
September 9 - Bracket Round 2, Consolation Round 2
September 15 - Bracket Round 3, Consolation Semifinals
September 16 - Bracket Semifinals + Finals, Consolation Finals
All matches will be played at 3PM EDT default.
