Okay so before you overreact, in call there was a countdown.
The instant we were supposed to activate our dodges, the shock never happened.
In the video seen below you can see the Morton go into a dodge and maybe another right before shock got stolen.
So unless you were in call, and saw exactly what happened don't judge.
All I know is that we were supposed to activate our items and he did not use shock and said it got stolen.
There may have been some hesitation on his part or some other players.
