Room closed after rWS Race 9 and honestly I don't know how the rules work but our host couldn't record the room closure so I added -20

Just explaining what happened, after the race NQ got a black screen and the message saying the software was closed due to an error. We told him to clip the last 30 seconds (just to have some proof of what happened) but it kept saying it was unable to clip it. I'm not 100% sure on how the rules work for this case, but that is not something you can control. We added the penalty just in case but it wouldn't have mattered anyway.
